Register an account on the agency portal, then submit your agency details and license number for review. Once approved, you can start listing packages, hotels, and flights.

How long does approval take?

Our team reviews new agency applications and listings as they come in. You'll be notified in the agency portal as soon as a decision is made.

Does Haram Way take a commission on bookings?

No. Your plan fee is the only platform cost. Pilgrims pay your agency directly, and you keep the full amount.

How do custom package requests work?

Pilgrims can post a custom trip request with their dates, budget, and preferences. Any approved agency can submit a proposal, and the pilgrim picks the one they like.

Can I edit a listing after it's approved?

Yes — editing a listing sends it back for a quick re-review before the changes go live, so what pilgrims see stays accurate.

How do I get paid?

There is no online payment on the platform. You collect payment directly from the pilgrim using whatever method you agree on together.

What if my application is rejected?

You'll see the reason in your agency portal and can update your details and resubmit.
