1. What Haram Way is
Haram Way is a marketplace that lists Umrah packages, hotels, and flights from independent, licensed travel agencies for pilgrims to discover and inquire about. Haram Way is not a party to any booking made between an agency and a pilgrim.
2. Eligibility
Only licensed travel agencies may register and list on Haram Way. You must submit accurate business details, including a valid license number, and keep them up to date. We may reject or suspend an application or listing that fails review.
3. Listings
- Every listing must accurately describe the package, hotel, or flight being offered, including price and inclusions.
- Listings and edits go through review before appearing to pilgrims.
- You are responsible for honoring the price, availability, and details shown in your listing.
4. Bookings and payment
Haram Way does not process payments. You are responsible for collecting payment from the pilgrim directly, and for fulfilling the booking as agreed. Disputes over a booking are between you and the pilgrim.
5. Fees
Haram Way charges a plan fee as described on our Pricing page — not a commission on individual bookings. Plan fees are billed as described at the time of purchase.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- List packages, hotels, or flights you cannot actually fulfill.
- Misrepresent your license, pricing, or availability.
- Use pilgrim contact details collected through the platform for purposes unrelated to their inquiry.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove a listing or account that violates these terms, misleads pilgrims, or receives credible complaints about non-fulfillment.
8. Limitation of liability
Haram Way provides the marketplace "as is" and is not liable for losses arising from a booking or dispute between you and a pilgrim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Haram Way after a change means you accept the updated terms.
